In July 2012, I made a wedding cake for two of my dearest grad school cronies, J. and HP.
In the months leading up to their wedding, I discovered that I wasn’t very good at making buttercream, or at least not entirely satisfied with the frosting as it exists in the world. This led to a number of attempts before the final results.
